All services are subject to availability, technical feasibility, and prior booking confirmation.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:

- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Booking & Payment
- Bookings can be made via phone, email, or website.
- Service charges will be informed before confirmation.
- Payments must be made in full upon service completion unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept cash, UPI, and other approved digital payment methods.
- Once paid, service fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Mira Aircons is unable to deliver the service.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service delivery, customers must:
- Provide accurate details regarding the AC unit (brand, model, issue, etc.).
- Ensure safe access to the service location.
- Confirm the availability of electricity and water (if required for service).
- Not misuse or reschedule services without prior notice.
5. Service Guarantee & Limitations
- Mira Aircons guarantees quality service to the best of our expertise.
- For repair services, a limited guarantee may be provided depending on the type of work.
- Warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling, improper use, unauthorized repairs, or external factors like voltage fluctuations.
- We are not liable for loss of data, accessories, or additional damage to AC units beyond the agreed service.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 12 hours before the scheduled service.
- Last-minute cancellations or customer unavailability may incur a visit charge.
- Rescheduling is allowed subject to technician availability.
7. Intellectual Property
- All website content, including text, images, logos, and materials, are owned by Mira Aircons.
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Mira Aircons shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service.
